Joining this 12 week program was the best decision I've ever made.  I came into this program expecting to lose just a couple of pounds.  Never thought I'd be where I am now and I'm only 8 weeks into the program.  I got way more than I expected.  My body feels tighter, toned, I lost weight, I feel healthy, and I finally have what I've always wanted.... ABS.  Hehehe!  I never ever thought I'd be able to bounce back after 3 pregnancies and I did. 

All thanks to Ariel.  He made me feel real comfortable and he is so kind.  He definitely knows all about fitness and eating right.  I know that at the end of this program, I will definitely keep making healthier choices with food and staying fit.  My husband and I are so grateful to have Ariel in our lives.  He probably doesnt know it, but he's totally saving lives.  He definitely saved ours.  ;)

When I joined Ariel Alberto Personal Trainer/CEO of Cutz Fitness I know what to
expect.  I knew I wanted to start competing in Fitness Competitions but did not know how to get the results I desired.  I chose his 12 week online training because it is the best way for me to communicate with him since I live in Sacramento, CA.

At the beginning of my program I was at 27% body fat.  8 weeks into my 12 week fat loss plan I’m currently at 11% body fat with 4 more weeks to go.  From the start Ariel made me feel so welcomed into this whole new world of fitness.  He evaluated my goals and sent me a very easy to follow diet, exercise, and supplement plan.  The best part was how easy it was to follow.
 

Every week I send Ariel photos of front, back and side views then Ariel makes
adjustments to my diet depending on the results from prior week.  Ariel is doing an amazing job motivating me through this whole life changing experience.  I have to say Ariel is the best at what he does, and I have not been in better shape!  It’s only been 8 weeks of training and I’m seeing constant improvements.  I highly recommend Ariel Alberto (Cutz) over anyone simply because you will get the results you desire.  His expertise and knowledge will impress you as well as change your life.

My journey on the Cutz Fitness 12 week program has been an unbelievable and amazing experience so far.  I am currently on my 6th week of this program and my hard work definitely shows through my progress and dedication.  I’m a 22-year-old college girl who has been trying to lose weight for the longest time.  In high school I was a very active individual who was on the basketball team, Varsity volleyball and Varsity cheerleading team for 4 years, but once college started I began to gain weight.  My freshmen year when I first started college I weighed 115lbs and now for my last year in college I weigh 145lbs.



Through college I tried to remain active by going to the gym, trying to lose weight, and trying to eat the right things but nothing ever worked for me.  I’ve also tried different diet plans such as Lean Shake, Hydroxycuts, and Usana, where I would lose an average of 8-10lbs but gain it back right away.  I even went to a body wrap place where I thought I’d lose a miracle of inches, as they advertise it, but that was a joke.  I’ve also tired Insanity and P90x but honestly that was too crazy for me and I could not keep up with their pace or completely commit to it because it was all done at home.



I continued to waste money left and right.  I honestly never knew the right way to get healthy, slim, tone, in shape, yet all these different diets I tried never worked, and running countless miles in the gym on the treadmill, and depending on my friends to workout with me really got me nowhere.  Looking in the mirror everyday to see what my body had become was very depressing and I never felt good in any of my clothes.  I felt FAT and embarrassed of myself.  I would also blame my weight gain to taking birth control and I just hated the way I looked.



During the summer I promised myself I’d make a change; that I would lose weight and

I would do everything it takes because I wanted this change for myself, to make myself proud and to not be the fattest sibling, as my mom would call me.  One of my close friends recommended me to Ariel, that he was an online trainer and that he would get me on the right path.  With that push I got on the Cutz Fitness 12 week program and I knew it’s wasn't going to be an easy journey but it would definitely be worth it from the progresses of his other clients.



Little did I know my body was constantly changing every week.  Taking pictures of my progress and comparing them each week has really pushed me harder to reach my goal.  Cutz Fitness has given me the right direction in my meal plans, my workouts, and most importantly all of it is in a healthy aspect.  I’ve learned to control my eating habits and how to strengthen each of my body parts.  My weight continues to go down every week and

I can finally go shopping again and actually feel good wearing dresses!



I have currently lost a total of 14lbs within 5-6 weeks!  I never knew I could make it this far and I’m very determined to keep working hard so that when week 12 comes I’ll have the body I always wanted.  Also, my 12 week will be a week before my 23rd birthday so it would be such an rewarding gift to myself.  There are honestly no excuses that people don't have time.  If I can take 16 units in school, be president of my sorority, have 2 jobs,

a boyfriend, still have a social life and workout, you can do it too!



You need to do this for you, and if you don’t want it enough then you sure as hell won’t achieve it.  Just sitting at home day after day wishing for your body to transform is going

to get you nowhere!  Let today be the day where you make that change for yourself!
